Japanese Hints in the Heart of Midtown

A stunning, authentic design captures both the spirit of Japan and the individuality of New York in Zuma's first, iconic location. Thanks to Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, the design comes to life over two levels full of contemporary Japanese hints all overlooking the city's famous Madison Avenue.

Zuma, one of New York's most exciting Asian restaurants was the first to introduce a contemporary take on traditional Japanese cusine to this most refined of cities. The result of years of hard work by a dedicated team lead by co founder and creator Rainer Becker, Zuma represents the finest of Japanese dining establishments.

This renowned restaurant has successfully launched eleven global venues, including London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Istanbul, Miami, Bangkok, Datca Peninsula, Abu Dhabi, New York, Rome and Las Vegas. Located in Midtown Manhattan and situated over two levels, the New York location both captures the style and elegance of Zuma worldwide and embraces unique elements seen only in New York.

Serving authentic Japanese izakaya inspired dishes designed to share, the three kitchens present authentic yet alluring options, with bold flavors and simple presentation, highlighting quality ingredients.
